To supplement our income from letting the Camp, we rely on the generosity of our many donors, who range from kind individuals to commercial and philanthropic organisations and Charitable Trusts.
Some donations are earmarked for a particular improvement to the Camp, such as the funding of our solar energy resource, restoring the Hall or creating a wheelchair path.
Others are committed to the Bill Williams Funds, which fulfil our Founder’s objective to help disadvantaged children enjoy a country break. BWF “A” benefits Shropshire children and young people; BWF ”B” helps those further afield, usually from the urban West Midlands. The Funds cover transport, food and accommodation. We are always keen to find new candidates for these Funds, so please tell us of any you may know.
Every gift, large or small, is hugely welcome and entirely applied to the Camp and its objectives.
If you feel able to give, please consider the following options:
- A regular gift by Direct Debit or from your payroll
- A gift to commemorate a loved one or friend
- A sponsored event with gifts sent through eg Just Giving
- Gifts from your company or organisation, perhaps through fundraising
- A legacy to the Camp from your Will
